Refund Eligibility

  • Delivery Issues: Refunds are available only if there’s a problem on our end, such as failure to deliver or significant delays beyond our stated delivery window.
  • Successful Deliveries: If the digital card has been successfully delivered and used, we cannot offer a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital and Gift Cards: Once delivered, digital and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within 30 minutes to 2 hours after processing.
  • Extended Delays: In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If we fail to deliver within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.

Unaccepted Deliveries

  • Refusal of Delivery: If you choose not to accept the delivery after completing your order, we will refund the amount paid minus a 5% processing fee.

Requesting a Refund

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 24 hours of your order if you encounter any issues. For delivery problems, please reach out within the promised delivery time.
  • Process: Provide your order details and a clear description of the issue to our support team.
